Frequently asked questions
The questions buyers ask us most, answered plainly. Where a figure depends on your product — like minimum order quantity or lead time — we say so honestly and confirm it with your quote.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. All 11 production steps — design, dyeing, sampling, weaving, printing, embroidery, cutting, stitching, checking, ironing and packing — run in-house in Karur, India. We do not pass your order to factories we do not control.
Can you make products to our own design or specification?
Yes. We work on an OEM and private-label basis: every item is made to your design, size, material, finish and packaging. Bring your artwork or a sample and we produce to it.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity depends on the product, fabric and finish, so we confirm it together with your quote rather than quote a single number that would not fit every item. Tell us your product and target volume and we will give you the MOQ for it.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Sampling and bulk lead times depend on the product and the order size. We confirm both with your quote, and we make a sample for your approval before any bulk run so nothing is produced against an unapproved specification.
Which products do you make?
We make 7 categories of home textiles: baby & nursery, cushions, garden & outdoor living, kitchen linen, table linen, bed linen, utilities. Each is made to your specification. If you do not see exactly what you need, tell us and we will confirm whether we can make it.
Which countries do you export to, and on what shipping terms?
We manufacture for buyers internationally and serve global markets. We can ship on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP terms (CFR is also known as C&F) from Tuticorin and Chennai, and we handle export documentation and plan production around your delivery dates.
Can you meet US requirements for baby and children's products (CPSIA)?
Yes. For baby and children's items sold in the United States, we can provide CPSIA-relevant lab test reports (lead, phthalates and flammability) on request, along with US labeling — fiber content, "Made in India" origin, and care labels.
Can you meet EU chemical safety rules (REACH)?
Yes, we can produce to REACH requirements for the EU market.
Do you hold certifications such as OEKO-TEX or GOTS?
Not yet. Nexova is a young company, and recognized textile certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 are on our roadmap rather than in hand today. We tell you plainly what we hold and what is planned, and we can support the testing and documentation your market requires.
Do you check quality before shipping?
Yes. Every order is inspected through the line and checked before it ships. Running all production in-house means one team is accountable for that quality, with no handoffs between separate factories to blur responsibility.
How do we start, and what happens after we enquire?
Send your product, quantity, materials or finish, and target dates through the Request a Quote form or by email. We reply within one working day with a clear next step, and samples on request. There is no obligation, and we can develop a sample before any full run.
