Two questions decide a supplier for the quality and compliance readers on a buying team: can you hold the quality, and can you meet our market's rules? Here is where Nexova stands today — stated as fact, with certifications shown honestly as a roadmap, not a claim.
How we hold quality
Quality on this site is not a slogan; it is a consequence of controlling the whole process. Three things follow from making everything ourselves.
One team is accountable
Because all 11 production steps run under our own roof in Karur, a single team answers for quality end to end. There is no chain of subcontractors between your specification and your goods, so there is nowhere for a fault to hide.
Sampling before bulk
We make a sample to your specification and get your approval before any bulk run. Nothing is produced against an unapproved spec, which removes the most expensive kind of mistake.
Inspection through the line
Every order is checked through the production line and inspected before it ships. Quality is held as the work happens, not only judged at the end.
Market compliance we can support today
These are confirmed capabilities, not aspirations. Share your destination market and product and we will confirm exactly what we can document for your order.
- REACH chemical safety
- We can produce to REACH requirements for goods sold in the EU.
- Labeling to US rules
- We can provide the labeling US-sold goods require: fiber content, "Made in India" country of origin, and care labels.
- CPSIA lab test reports
- For baby and children's items, we can provide CPSIA-relevant lab test reports — lead, phthalates and flammability — on request, so your US importer can issue the certificate it needs.
Certifications: an honest status
Nexova is a young company. We do not yet hold third-party certifications, and we will not imply that we do. The certifications buyers expect are on our roadmap, and we will update this page as each is reached. In the meantime we can support the specific testing and documentation your order requires.
