Nexova International is the controller of the personal data described here. We are a home textile manufacturer and exporter based in Karur, India. You can reach us about privacy at kavin@nexovaintl.com.

When you send an enquiry through our Request a Quote form, we collect your company name, your name, your work email, your country and your message, and, if you provide them, your phone number and any file you attach. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and the time of the request, for security.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quote or samples. Under the EU GDPR our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b), taking steps at your request before a contract, supported by Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Brazil's LGPD applies equivalent bases, and for users in the United States this notice describes our use. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We share your data only with the service providers that run our website, email and enquiry storage, and only so that we can receive and reply to your enquiry.

Nexova is based in India. If you contact us from the EU, the United States or Brazil, your enquiry is received and handled in India. We rely on the transfer being necessary to take the steps you asked for before any contract, and we handle your data with the same care wherever it is processed.

We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and we remove them when they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict or object to its use. Users in the EU may also complain to their data protection authority.
