Kavinsankar M is the founder of Nexova International. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam, and an MBA in International Business and Leadership from Alliance University, Bengaluru. That mix of engineering and international business shapes how he runs the company: process discipline on the factory side, and a clear focus on serving international buyers on the commercial side.

He grew up in a family with more than thirty years in the textile industry. From an early stage he was close to manufacturing operations, production planning, quality management and product development. That gave him a practical understanding of how textiles are made, how quality is held, and what international buyers expect.

His approach to Nexova is straightforward: control the making, stand behind the quality, and build long-term relationships with buyers rather than chase one-off orders.
